I am by standards an OLD LADY. I easily set up my R6020 router and immediately changed the admin password to a very unique one I was given. My AVAST says to change the Wireless network key( password) I was given. When I log into routerlogin.net, it rejects my answers. I am VERY aware of my 1st job and my best friend's first name. Have I been hacked?

Did you actually set that up? There seems to be a bug in some devices in how Netgear has implemented password recovery. You can get locked into a close loop. If password recovery is enabled, but you have not set the answers to the questions, it keeps sending you back to the beginning of the process because you can't answer the questions. Remember, there are lots of different passwords flying around. Some are there for the wifi, others are for you to get control of the router through its browser interface.
