Windows Pid Checker Xpadder

Today i when i was looking at my task manager to forcibly close some application, i saw a lot of rundll32.exe kept creating more processes. Soon, the UAC keep prompting me if i allow rundll32.exe to run. Even if i click ok/cancel, it will keep asking. When i was going to shut down my computer, i realize the computer doesn't let me shut down, i tried pressing the button, it doesn't shut down, only if i remove the power or hold the power button to force it to off. As I'm typing this the rundll32.exe is replicating itself once more. Please help me. (below is the image of the task manager) additional: not sure if it's related to this problem but i have been getting random popup when i'm surfing through the internet at times.
